Bettina Kealy, B.A., M.A., R.P. is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in treating individuals with depression and anxiety disorders as well as various life difficulties/stressors. Bettina has 14 years + experience providing counselling and psychotherapy.

Through my own struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences and professional training in gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing (SE) allows me to support you.

Life can be challenging at times and it can be difficult to find hope in the midst of struggles. My goal as a Psychotherapist is to meet you wherever you are at in your struggles and to help you to find ways to move forward with hope, renewed insight and confidence!
